The UK federation of student housing co-ops. In 2020 it raised £300,000 through a community share offer and £75,000 in funding and donations.
From the minutes of the OGM on 9th November 2022: "Student Co-op Homes (SCH) are selling a house in Nottingham and will get money to fund deposits for 2-3 other member co-ops. Their list is first Glasgow, then Manchester. We want to get ourselves third on the list."
